We were about to ship a redesign because everybody liked it
Designed the templates, then designed and ran the study testing them — across five markets and four languages. It found one component where preference and comprehension pointed opposite ways, and turned a single release into a six-phase gated rollout.

Co-designed Eurocamp’s AI holiday advisor. Live since July 2025 to fewer than 1% of UK customers, it returned about £15 for every £1 spent building it — and the second version had to earn its way inside the website.

Set the design direction for the replatform onto Storyblok, cutting over with four months to spare. The decision that put prices in front of customers fastest is the same one that made the portfolio harder to browse.

Thirteen markets live from one content model, with traffic moved only when conversion said it could. I coordinated acceptance testing, ran defect triage with the CMO, built the CMS model and trained the people who live in it.
